44yo female lost 135 lbs following gastric by-pass surgery post-op photos taken at 2 months before she lost weight, this patient always wore clothing with longer sleeves to cover her upper arms. After the weight loss, there was significant loose skin remaining and she still felt the need to wear longer sleeves. The arm lift surgery provides a way to get rid of much of the loose skin. Now this patient is very pleased that she feels comfortable wearing a wide variety of shirts and tops.
