This patient is a 36 year old mother of two. After her last pregnancy, she regained a high level of fitness but was dissatisfied with volume loss in her breasts. Breast augmentation allowed her to wear the clothing she preferred without making additional accommodations such as a bra with thicker padding or an insert for her bra.
