55 year old with chronic pain in her upper back, neck, and shoulders caused by the weight of her breasts. Also has painful notches on top of shoulders and skin rash below her breasts. A total of 1800 gms (4 lbs) of breast tissue was removed. The after photos are at one month from surgery.
