42 yo who had breast augmentation by another surgeon in 2008 using saline implants. The left side has leaked and lost volume. She has decided to switch to silicone implants and go to a smaller size. 325cc saline implants were removed, 265cc cohesive low-profile plus implants were placed below the muscle. She did not wish to have a breast lift.
