This 52 year old patient was mainly dissatisfied with the fullness and laxity under her chin and on the front of her neck. She also wanted improvement in her jowls and a little bit of cheek laxity. She wanted to avoid looking too tight or “pulled”. Afterward, she was very pleased and said that the way she looks is a better match for how she feels and how active she remains.
